Do you have a store that I can visit?

YES! YES! YES!

Our retail location is located in the Channel District of Tampa! We are located in the Grand Central at Kennedy building

1120 E. Kennedy Blvd. #144, Tampa, FL 33602.

Can you deliver to my business/office?

Most definitely! We would be more than happy to deliver your order to your business/office within the local delivery service area.

Can you deliver to my apartment?

Definitely! Just let us know where you want us to leave the order (ie. main lobby, your actual unit, etc) Just make sure you leave a comment in the cart when you place your order. If you do not have any special instructions, we'll make sure to leave the order at the front door waiting for you!

Do I need to be home for delivery?

No, we can leave the order at your front door, or anywhere else you would prefer. Just make sure you leave a comment in the cart when you place your order. If you do not have any special instructions, we'll make sure to leave the order at the front door waiting for you!

If you are ordering frozen products, you will need to be home at time of delivery.  We will contact you to schedule a delivery time.

What time is your same day delivery cut off?

All orders must be made by 11am to ensure same day delivery. Orders placed after 11am Friday will be delivered Tuesday. We do not deliver on weekends, Mondays, or holidays unless prior arrangements were made. Feel free to contact us if you have questions.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery service is only available Tuesday and Friday. If your order was placed before 11am Tuesday or Friday, we will delivery that same day.  If your order was placed after 11am, we will deliver your order the next delivery day. Our typical delivery hours are between 11am to 6pm Tuesday and Friday, however sometimes we may deliver as late as 9pm. If for some unforeseen reason we cannot make same day delivery, we will get in touch with you right away.  Deliveries are not available on weekends, Mondays, Wednesday, Thursday, or holidays. Feel free to contact us if you have questions.

Do you offer shipping to "out of state" or "out of local delivery area" customers?

Yes! We do offer shipping to our customers "out of state" and "outside our local delivery area". We use either UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority at our discretion. Shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on destination. Shipping charges are as follows:

Please note: We only ship to USA confirmed addresses (billing & shipping address must match).  We do not ship to shipment redirect services. 

How can I see a toy or accessory before committing to the purchase?

Your best bet would be to come visit us at our retail store to see all of our product offerings. If you can't make it to us, we'll make it to you! We would be more than happy to bring the specified toy and/or accessory with us when we deliver your ordered pet food so that you can see it in person.  You can even purchase it right there on the spot with our mobile purchasing device. What is your return policy?

We always want our customers and their pets to be happy with their purchase. Any unopened, unused, and resaleable item may be returned or exchanged within 14 days for a refund or credit. Any open opened consumable product may also be returned or exchanged within 14 days if you or your pet are not 100% satisfied. Returns must be made in store or shipped back to us. Unfortunately shipping charges are non-refundable.

Although we always strive to make sure all the orders are correct before delivery, we are all human and mistakes can happen.
